FIND OUT WHO REALLY KILLED NIKO


Victor comes in and talks with you. Notice the key that is sitting on the desk.

Check off: “Save Mason”
New Task: “Find a way back into the lab”
Go up and talk to Ryan. Get a new keycard from her. She agrees to distract Victor, but you are on limited time – she will send you a text message when he is on his way so he does not catch you. Go to the Workshop where Ryan is and go to the Blue Toolbox, grab the black light next to the tools.
Go and talk to Mason. Let’s go back to Niko’s office and snoop. Grab the key from off the desk and open the cabinet in Niko’s room. Here you see a fingerprint on the light bulb of the 3rdlamp. We need to figure out how to get that print.Use Ryan’s card on the Laboratory doors.
Check off: “Find a way back into the lab”
Go to the Tesla lab, go upstairs and turn on all 3 switches on the low setting. When you do that the Tesla Coil will glow. While it is on, go downstairs and take your black light out of your inventory, it will then charge the black light. Go next to the coil and shine the black light on the floor against the hexagon shape.



It says Enter the Hex.Click on it and it will open.
Check off: “Illuminate a black light under the glow”
Enter the Hex. The door downstairs is locked. It has a biometric fingerprint scanner. If you remember, Mason has a book on this in his office.
New task: “Find a way past the biometric fingerprint scanner.”
Go and talk to Ryan.
New task: “Get Victor’s candy for Ryan”
Award:Gummy Bandit – For pilfering gelatinous ursines.



Extra: You can actually get a single gummy bear by talking to Ryan IMMEDIATELY after you get the note about the black light and get into the HEX entrance and click on the fingerprint scanner. This must be done BEFORE Victor show up to the lab.  Unforunately one bear is not enough to make bimetric fingerprint copy.   
Go and talk to Victor, he gives you his candy. Take them to Ryan and she will exchange them for some gummy bears.

Head downstairs to the Lounge, when you get in the elevator, you get stuck in it. Looks like we need to escape. Click the down button, and it will zoom in to a side panel of the elevator. Nancy says she needs to replace the gears before the brakes go out.

Now on to getting in to the biometric scanner. Remember that Mason’s book says that you need to create an etching of the fingerprint sample. Once the mold is prepared, gelatin can be melted down and poured over the mold. We saw Niko’s fingerprint’s on the light bulb in the case in his office. Be sure it is daytime again and get Victor distracted so we can get Niko’s fingerprint. Before we can get the fingerprint, we need some tape. So, go into the Lounge and get a piece of tape from the desk. Then use the tape on the light bulb.
New Task: “Make a fake fingerprint”
When you close the case door, a paper falls down. Place it in your inventory.
Now we need to make a fingerprint mold. First, go and mix the “Si” solution.
Take the “HF” Container and pour it into the little measuring cup with the 3 on it and dump it into the white beaker, Take the“HNO2”Container and pour it into the little measuring cup with the 4 on it and dump it into the little measuring cup with the 3 on it and that will leave you with the 1 part that you need to add into the white beaker solutions. Finally, take the “H2O” Container and pour it into the little measuring cup with the 4 on it and dump it into the white beaker solution.
Master - Take the “HF” Container and pour it into the little measuring cup with the 4 on it and dump it into the measuring cup with the 3 on it and that will leave you with the 1 part that you need to add into the white beaker solution. Take the 1 measure and dump it into the white beaker, dump the remaining 3 measurements back into the“HF” bottle, do that same process again, to make the “HF” on the paper a “2”. Dump the remaining amount of the measuring cup with the 3 on it back into the HF container. Take the “HNO3”Container and pour it into the little measuring cup with the 4 on it and dump it into the little measuring cup with the 3 on it and that will leave you with the 1 part that you need to add into the white beaker solution. Take the 1 measure and dump it into the white beaker, dump the remaining 3 measurements back into the“HF” bottle, do that same process again, to make the “HN03 on the paper a “2”.Dump the remaining amount of the measuring cup with the 3 on it back into the“HN03” container. Finally, take the “H2O” container and pour it into the little measuring cup with the 4 on it and dump it into the little measuring cup with the 3 on it and that will leave you with the 1 part that you need to add into the white beaker solution. Take the 1 measure and dump it into the white beaker.
Once the solutions are made properly, take the beaker and pour it into one of the brown bottles that are sitting on the shelf above the water. Put the solution in your inventory”. Then, take the fingerprint to the Etching machine. Get a new wafer from the cupboard. Place the solution in the #1 slot, then place the fingerprint in the #2 slot then insert a blank wafer and hit start. Remember, it takes a ½ a day to complete. Let’s go and set the clock for nighttime.

Now go back down to the Lounge and go to the hotplate. Nancy automatically puts down the etched board on the counter next to the hot plate. Put the beaker on the hotplate and then put the bears in the beaker, heat them up. Take the gelatin substance and pour it on to the etched board. Pick up the gelatin and it shows a replica of Niko’s fingerprint.

Let’s go back to the Tesla lab and go back into the hex entrance. Use the fingerprint on the biometric door.

New Task: “Explore Niko’s Study”
Look around the room. On the bookshelf is Niko’s diary, read through it.Next to the diary is 1 out of 7 magnets. Look on the table to the right.Here you see the 2nd & 3rdmagnets. Place them in your inventory. Walk to the front desk, collect the 4th & 5th magnet on the desktop. Click on the computer. It looks like it is powered off. Look at the bottom screen and see a keyhole. Look at the paper and see a drawing of one of the machines in the Main Lab.



Turn around and click on the table to the right, collect the 6th & 7thmagnet, and another audio diary of Niko’s. Place them into your inventory.
New task: “Listen to the audio diaries from Niko’s study”
We need to be sure it is daytime and have Ryan distract Victor. Then go and listen to Niko’s audio diaries.
New task: “Discover the pigeon’s secret”
New task: “Figure out the importance of frequency 37”
Check off: “Listen to the audio diaries from Niko’s study”
You can set the time to night and talk to Gray.
Next go to Niko’s Office and look at the bird in the corner. When you get a close up look at the bird, the magnets go on to the board. Niko mentioned something that has to do with 13, 6 , 5.
These are binary numbers – as shown on the board.
13 = 1101
6 =0110
5 =0101

Go to Nancy’s room and look at the book in the locker. Notice that the 1902 patent was.“Apparatus for Transmitting Electrical Energy. Patent # 1,119,732”

If you go back down to Niko’s study, look at the round table and grab the Building that Niko mentioned. Put it in your inventory. Take the item to the box in the Main Lab and put it in the box, close it and then you will need to find the correct frequency. Each valve has a different value as shown in the diagram from his study. #1 = 13, #2 = 11, #3 = 9, #4 = 7, #5 = 5, #6 = 4
To have a frequency of 37, then the valves when opened would have to equal 37.

Go back to Niko’s Study and use the key on the lower screen with the lock under the computer.
